The lack of cooling in the foyer can make it uncomfortable during warm days, and additional shade around the pool could enhance the overall experience, particularly during peak sun hours.

Had an amazing six days at the Decameron. The ambiance felt cozy, especially with the jungle-style décor. Really enjoyed the huge, clean rooms, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The menu featured an awesome selection of local dishes. every meal was a delight. Plus, the pool was a terrific spot to unwind after our tours. I also appreciated the attention from Juliana and Manuel, who made our Amazon experience special. A minor downside was that communication in English was a bit limited, so I had to use my basic Spanish. Also, a few areas of the hotel seemed to need a touch of maintenance. Overall, this place is a gem, and I’d love to return soon.
